Senior Management Appointment
The Board of Alumasc (ALU.L), the fully-listed specialist building and engineering products business, is pleased to announce that Warren Roberts has joined Alumasc Precision Ltd as Managing Director.
Warren, aged 41, holds a Master's degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems, and joins from Mahle Powertrain Limited, where he was Managing Director of a company that has sales of £86m, 650 employees. Its customers include JCB, Aston Martin, Audi, Ford, GM, Rolls-Royce and Bentley. The Mahle group is a German-based €5bn sales business and is among the world's top three producers of piston systems, cylinder components, valve train systems, and air management systems. Previously, Warren was the Managing Director of Cosworth Technology Ltd, a subsidiary of Audi AG involved in the design and manufacture of advanced engine assemblies. Warren has been instrumental in achieving excellent performance improvements at both companies.
